1. Customization Policy

• All items are customized based on the details provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all information, including spelling, colors, and design elements, before submitting an order.

• We will provide final confirmation of the design to the customer before production begins. Production will only proceed after the customer approves the final design.

• Craftique Customs is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

2. Production and Processing Times

• Orders typically require 5-7 business days for production. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.

• During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

3. Cancellations and Modifications

• Orders can be canceled or modified only within 24 hours of placement. After this window, changes or cancellations will not be accommodated as production begins promptly.

4. Product Variations

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, very slight variations in color, placement, and design may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of custom creations and are not considered defects.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Craftique Customs is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of our products. Customers are responsible for ensuring the proper and safe use of all items purchased from us.
